Postage & Packing

Fetasia Latex offers free postage on all orders within the UK and Northern Ireland irrespective of the amount spent so there are no hidden delivery costs.

* Please note that footwear is exempt from free shipping, however shipping discounts will apply for multiple items, please email leafie@fetasialatex.com with any queries.

For International Orders please email / contact us (enquiries@fetasialatex.com) prior to ordering for a quote on postage costs if not already stated on the checkout form. This usually applies to commissioned pieces as we have set prices for trade from outside of the UK.

International orders over £200 (single or multiple items) will also be sent free post via 1st class International mail.

For our International Orders we use postage that has a tracking number therefore we at Fetasia Latex are able to trace parcels for confirmation of delivery.

Orders such as our latex dresses, skirts and tops will be sent out by 1st class recorded mail within 10 working days of payment, accessories including eye patches, collars, gauntlets and cuffs are sent via normal 1st class post. Commission orders may take longer to complete depending on the item, and the orders that we already have on our books, please ask concerning this when making your initial enquiry. We do usually have a waiting list for such garments of approximately six weeks, but we may be in a position to accommodate your needs earlier than this.

All our latex garments are packaged carefully pre-talced unless they are immediately required to wear. Fetasia Latex accessories will arrive in small clear bags within the parcel; our garments are packed in tissue paper for protection prior to being placed in the packaging.

Returns

If you feel the need to return an item, please send us an email (enquiries@fetasialatex.com) or message via the contact page prior to posting.

We will endeavour to replace any accessories returned due to damage in transit with the same item or one of equal value / similar style, subject to availability.

Standard garments may only be returned in the event that you have changed your mind and in the condition they were received in, and unused / unworn with the original protective packing where possible.

If a replacement is not required through change of mind, a refund will be made via the form in which payment was received e.g. PayPal, cheque or postal order. Damaged goods due to transit will be refunded at full cost, including postage. We will not accept returns of Fetasia Latex items that have been damaged by the purchaser.

If the item is returned and to be replaced with a different size / colour we will happily do so but we will charge standard 1st class postal costs.

Custom / bespoke latex clothing is non-returnable unless it is damaged or we are altering it to be returned to the purchaser.
